We do not offer a direct online booking system as we prefer to maintain personal communication with potential guests of our accommodation.

Mid season : €850,- p/ night

Booking Conditions
Check-in: Between 5:00 PM and 8:00 PM
Check-out: Between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM
Minimum Stay: 1 week
Cleaning Fee: €250
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 1 month before arrival.
A security deposit of €1,100 is mandatory and follows the same payment schedule. This deposit will be refunded within 1 week after check-out, provided there is no significant damage to the property.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival:
30% non refundable
Cancellation below 30 days before arrival:
100% non refundable
General Terms and Conditions
Linens and bedding are replaced once a week.
Pets are not allowed.
A crib and high chair can be provided upon request.
Parties are not permitted.
Smoking inside the house is prohibited
(smoke detectors are installed).
